The Chadwick is a luxury apartment community in Shawnee, KS featuring a wide array of pet-friendly floor plan options for studio, 1, and 2-bedroom homes ranging from 480 - 1,513 sq. ft. Our extensive amenities package includes a heated saltwater pool, hammock garden, snookball and bocce ball courts, yoga + spin studio, poolside BBQ center + cabanas + fire pit, 24-hour fitness center, resident event kitchen, library lounge, podcast studio, pet spa, bark park, stainless steel appliances, in-home washer/dryer, quartz countertops and a whole lot more. |Recommended: YesTruly Feels Like Home — We have absolutely loved living at The Chadwick. From the grounds, to the amenities, our unit, and the staff, every aspect of living here has made this place feel like home. The Maintenance Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to whenever we have something come up. The Property Staff are warm and welcoming from day one and beyond. If we ever have any questions, we always feel welcomed and encouraged to reach out. They also help organize and host the best community events
The grounds, amenities, and units themselves have a lot of thought and detail crafted into them as well. Our particular unit has more storage space than we have ever come across in any other apartment, which has been a game changer. We also love the fact that The Chadwick offers personal, private garages, rather than a large parking garage. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into property and resident safety.
There has been so much to love about living here. We are truly grateful to call it home

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Very professional, friendly neighbors, variety of amenities, and maintains the property always clean and smells nice.
Parking for visitors or guests could be improved, and you can hear your neighbor if living on a ground floor unit, walking, moving their furniture, etc., or if they have a dog which barks.
Rent is pricey. They offer a option to pay your rent in two payments during the month, instead of paying it all at once, which is great for people who prefer not to pay the full amount, on the first of the month.
The Property Staff cares about their tenants, and any concerns they have.
Would highly recommend this place.

|Recommended: YesLoving it — Everyone in the main building is very friendly, including maintenance, front desk and cleaning staff. They clean the halls, vacuum, sweep and mop often. The outer doors are locked unless you live in the building, which makes the entire building you're living in feel very secure. There is plenty of parking space available as well as garages and carports for rent. The walls and floors are thick enough that none of our neighbors have made enough noise to get through. The buildings are fairly new and seem to be constructed well. The only slight concern we've had so far is a bedroom window that is very difficult to lock because it was installed a teensy bit crooked, but we were able to lock it and won't be opening it. Property staff are amazing
